This process covers cases that have completed the planning stage and are now in active treatment support.
Once a case's plan is approved and treatment is underway, it moves to the In Support category.
Maps to Cases > In Support. To manage a specific case, click the green "Show" button on the right side of its row.
After clicking "Show" you will see the main details for the support case. From here, you can simply monitor the case, or you can take one of two actions if there is an issue or if further treatment is needed:
Path A: Submit a Follow-up if you have a minor issue or need to provide a progress update.
Path B: Request a Refinement if the treatment requires significant changes, effectively starting a new treatment phase.
On the case detail page, find the "Followup" section and click the "Open Current" button.
You will be taken to the Follow-up screen where you can:
Upload any necessary photos to document the issue.
Add a detailed explanation in the "Comments" box.
Click "Send" to submit your request to the Myline team.
If the case requires a major correction, find the "Refinement" section on the case detail page and click the button to begin.
Requesting a refinement is like creating a new case. You must provide a full set of updated records by filling out all the mandatory information in the Case Photos, Scan, and Radiographs tabs.
This new refinement will then go through its own planning and approval cycle.
