This process begins after you have submitted a case and it has been accepted for planning by the Myline team.
Once a submitted case is accepted, it will automatically move into the Planning category. To find it, navigate to Cases > Planning.
In this list, you can track its progress. When a plan is ready for your review, a date will appear in the "Plan Approval" column, and you will receive a notification.
Once the plan is ready, find the case in the "Planning" list and click the edit button (✎) on the right side of its row.
This will open the case details page, where you will now see a new tab called Plan.
Click on the new Plan tab. Here, you will find everything related to the proposed treatment:
Viewer: Allows you to visually inspect a 3D model of the proposed treatment plan.
Report: Provides a detailed document about the plan.
Approval Status: This is where you will take action to approve the plan.
In the Plan tab, you must carefully review the proposed plan (or plans, as there may be multiple options).
This step includes a powerful communication tool. If you have any questions, require changes, or want to discuss the plan, you can use the integrated comment section. You can write your comments here, and the Myline team will reply directly within the portal. This allows you to have a full conversation to ensure the plan is perfect before proceeding.
Once all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with the plan, use the options under Approval Status to formally approve it.
After you have approved the final plan and received the physical aligners, the case’s lifecycle is complete. It will then automatically move to the In Support category for long-term tracking.
