How to Log In to Your Accoun
On the login page, enter the Username or Email associated with your account in the first field.
Then, enter your Password in the second field.
Click the blue “Login” button to access your account dashboard.
If you need to change the display language, you can click the “Select Language” dropdown menu and choose your preferred language before logging in.
How to Sign Up for a New Account
From the main login screen, click the “Sign up” link at the bottom to go to the account creation page.
On the Signup form, begin by filling in your personal and contact information. This includes:
Full NameCountryAddressEmail addressCityPhone Number
Choose a User Name for your account. Then, create a secure Password and enter it a second time in the “Confirm Password” field to verify it.
Under the "Speciality" section, choose the option that best describes your profession: Orthodontist, GP (General Practitioner), or Other.
After filling in all the required fields, click the “Create New Account” button to complete your registration.
How to Change Your Password
This guide explains how to change your account password from your profile settings page. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the main login page.
First, log in to your account. In the main menu at the top of the page, click on “My Account” and then select the option to view your profile.
This will take you to the “Profile Settings” page. On the right side of the screen, you will find the “Reset Password” section.
Enter your desired new password into the "Enter New Password" field.
For security, type the exact same password again into the "Confirm New Password" field to make sure there are no typos.
Click the blue "Save Password" button.
Your password will be updated immediately. You will need to use this new password the next time you log in.
